Changes made to migrate poweremail for OpenERP v6, 1 - Remove all references to res.partner.event.type object, because this object don't exists in v6. 2 - Remove all external methods begun with '_', because all methods begun with '_' is considered private in v6. 3 - Added Portugese Translate, 4 - Added Search buttons in Email Account tree view.

[FIX] If 'pem_to' is null, empty or 'False' do not try to send the e-mail. Many users do not give a fallback mail account and this causes poweremail to do thousands of retries until the email is removed from the outbox.

[FIX] Use current users' uid to send e-mails on create and write. This doesn't mean everything is solved though. We will probably want a way for those e-mails to be sent without requiring users to have read access to poweremail's models.
