A "Video" tab in the "Configuration" window that allows configuration of the way Stellarium handles the screen.

At the moment, it's intended to include:
- fullscreen/windowed mode switch
- screen size settings
- window position settings
- "no OpenGL2" ("safe mode") switch (requires restart?)
- base font size switch (requires restart?)
