Please resubmit this as a merge against lp:ubiquity (which is the same
as lp:~ubuntu-installer/ubiquity/trunk). Regrettably,
lp:ubuntu/ubiquity is not the same thing at the moment and we don't use
it; merges proposed against it are unreadable.
