Add netplan.io and libnetplan0 to allow list. the reason is:
1. at one time, the focal-updates had the two packages, version 0.102-0ubuntu1~20.04.1
2. the version synced to CESG.
3. we built the oem image based on CESG. so we have those packages in our image.
4. the version was pulled from -updates back to -proposed, because the bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/netplan/+bug/1922898
For the bug #1922898, it only happens when:
1) a user has netplan 0.101 installed
2) Upgrade ONLY libnetplan0 to 0.102 but do not update netplan.io
It already has a quick fix for this issue, by change the Depends of netplan.io in netplan/debian/control
libnetplan0 (>= ${binary:Version}),
to
libnetplan0 (= ${binary:Version}),
For OEM image, because we shipped with the same version of netplan.io and libnetplan0 preinstalled,
then the issue above will never happen. so, I think it's fine to add those packages to allow list.
Also add lenovo-doc-aekerley, lenovo-doc-carol, lenovo-doc-carrie to allow list.
