Confirming this fixes bug #1159324. \o/
All regressions recently introduced are gone.
Tested Guake, Terra and Yakuake drop-down terminals.
All open with right sizes and in correct positions.

It is a bit painful to suddenly have to deal with a trunk != raring situation...
