debian/click-apparmor.upstart: add click-apparmor upstart job to run
'aa-clickhook -f' when the job is run after system upgrades. We detect this
by copying the md5sums files from dpkg and comparing them. If they are the
same, do nothing, if different, run aa-clickhook -f.
