Merge lp:~cjohnston/summit/bug-647519 into lp:summit

Would it be worth setting it to something a little more generic, rather than just removing it?

Perhaps something like:
"We will let you know whether or not your request for sponsorship has been successful soon, via email"?

I like the generic message. Or we can add an extra field for that date, but that might be asking for too much.

Notifications have already been made for this cycle as far as I am aware. I
like the idea of a field for a date instead of hard coding though.
