Added new atlantean carrier worker animations which use the new playercolor code thereby eliminating the last graphic that used the old plrclr code. Also changed the color of the atlantean golden tabard ware graphics to differentiate it from the regular tabard. Adjusted hotspots for the atlantean diamond and spidercloth wares.

Experience required by workers per level is no longer random

Previously, required experience was rolled randomly between a min and max
value. Now, it is always deterministically the same value depending on the
worker type.
