Merge lp:~chihchun/myunity/myunity_zhTW into lp:myunity

Add zh_TW translation, please merge into development branch.

This merge proposal is open since a long time, well before MyUnity 2.0. Is it still valid? I guess MyUnity developer (me being just the packager for ubuntu archive) grab translations from launchpad, so there is no need for a merge proposal against trunk. Rex Tsai, given that you reviewed many of the translations there, what's your mind about this merge proposal? Can it be dismissed?

As long as the po file is integrated into the codebase. So far it's still missed in codebase, so it won't update in launchpad.

Add zh_TW translation.

However, gambas2 does not support gettext file with language code.
Need to be fixed, if Simplified Chinese translation is available.
