@Daniel, thanks for testing. I cannot see tearing in

mir_demo_client_egltriangle -f
mir_demo_client_eglplasma

I see tearing and general corruption when I run
mir_demo_client_egltriangle -f -n
However, when I run this on the trunk, the triangle moves once every second or so. Is this what youre seeing? And doesn't -n mean don't wait for vsync, so isn't tearing expected?
