fix(spread): prepare classic-python for core24

The snapcraft.yaml needs build-base: devel and to remove the cloned
code.

Remove the requirement for --use-lxd to actually run the test and ensure
that core24 is already installed for the suite to run correctly.

- Use --destructive-mode in the CLI
