Let's land this and unblock possible tweaks for integrating with https://jujucharms.com/u/webteam-backend/wsgi-app charm and the mojo spec.

I also suspect there a disconnection between the project name and the production environment we created (adt-request-proxy vs. adt-cloud-service, it's entirely my fault. If it emerge weirdly in the mojo spec work, I think we should renamed it sooner than later. Let's wait and see.
