Differences to trunk:
Fix for retweets being submitted as replies - Merged into lp:gwibber
Option to select the page displayed on start (Home, Messages, Replies)
Kept the 'font override' option, as I prefer to be able to make the fonts slightly smaller than default
Uses RT for retweet by default. Although I added an option to change between ♺, RT and via.
Add URL Shortening Toggle Button in Status Bar.

Changed the retweet symbol to RT from ♺. Just a personal preference. I'll make an option to choose between them soon.

Put the 'font override' option back in. Although the new default font settings (from trunk) are better than before I still prefer to be able to change the size.

Merge from lp:gwibber 486. The font size issue is fixed, so custom font settings are no longer necessary :).

Made the start page selector the full width of the options panel, rather than just half.
