[FIX] osv: Fix parent_store computation

  The parent_left/right fields where not recomputed when the parent_id
  changed from NULL to anything else. Removing the parent_id (setting it
  back to NULL) didn't work either.

  This caused some weird behaviours (like parent accounts ignoring the
  children debit/credit in the chart of accounts).
