I did notice that we do not have entries for focal at

https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/p/postgresql-12 and
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/p/postgresql-common

though. Hence I wonder whether it makes sense to consider those failures at all.
I will also run those tests locally to check if they are indeed regressions.
