I think template package should be splitted by languages.
I going to add javascript (gjs/seed) template

It would be great to have good naming conventions for packages

 * quickly-ubuntu-template-python
 * quickly-ubuntu-template-ruby
 * quickly-ubuntu-template-javascript
 * quickly-ubuntu-template-$LANG
