tests/manual-lzo.sh: use xz for -fstime initial check

The algorithm for getting the fstime is different for different compression
algorithms used in the squashfs file, so use the most default compression
algorithm, xz which has already been extensively tested, as the compression
algorithm to check fstime behavior with.

tests/manual-lzo.sh: don't do deterministic resquash if we don't have -fstime

Older distros may not have a recent enough squashfs-tools version to support
-fstime, and so the deterministic resquash test will be ineffective. On such
systems, just skip that test and make a lzo snap file without that option to
run the store review-tools test against it.
