 * doc/defuns-*.texi: Regenerate, resulting in less extraneous
 spaces, and no "This documentation was automatically generated",

 the same line as the @chapter.

 * doc/Makefile.am: Use the generic generate-docs.mk snippet, and
 adjust to the new gtk-doc.scm interface.

 file.

 * tests/unit-tests/api-stability.scm: New file, a unit test that
 checks that no symbol that cairo exports is ever removed from its
 API.
