 * doc/generate-docs.mk: New file, pulled in from guile-gnome.

 * doc/defuns-*.texi: Regenerate, resulting in less extraneous
 spaces, and no "This documentation was automatically generated",
 which is tiring to the eye.

 * doc/section-*.texi: Regenerate, resulting in subtitles not on
 the same line as the @chapter.

 * doc/Makefile.am: Use the generic generate-docs.mk snippet, and
 adjust to the new gtk-doc.scm interface.

 * TODO: Update.
