Bug #1335101: Clarify the "unsupported server version" message for 5.1
              builtin InnoDB

If innobackupex is run against MySQL 5.1 with built-in InnoDB, suggest
using Percona XtraBackup 2.0 or upgrading to InnoDB plugin, rather than
just fail with the generic “unsupported server version” message.

Bug #1368577: --galera-info does not copy the last binlog file if backup
              locks are supported

Split the binlog copying part of write_galera_info() into
write_current_binlog_file(), so that it is not skipped when backup locks
are enabled.
