* debian/{modules-source/Makefile,rules}:
  - Allow the kernel version to be passed as an argument.
    prevents broken upgrades when the kernel ABI revs (LP: #218955)
* debian/lirc-modules-source.prerm:
  - Check for both remove and upgrade.
