    - parser/parser_{interface,main}.c: detect kernel version and downgrade.
    - debian/apparmor.functions, parser/parser_main.c: keep kernel features
      recorded in cache directory.
    - parser/parser_{interface,main}.c: add --skip-kernel-load for testing.
    - parser/tst/caching.*: add caching tests.
