Comment 19 for bug 248355

I just upgraded to Karmic hoping for improvement, but it got worse. The AA used to be bad, now there is none. If you look carefully at the okular vs evince image you'll see some grey pixels in the evince rendered text. This is how it used to look on my system also, but now there is only black and white resulting in complete illegibility.
Is someone working on this?
