  fix bad interpreter
* debian/control: update standards version
* debian/source/format: remove, reverting to un-patched source.
  adding this source format makes the importer patches applied, which is
  generally not useful here as we patch all the bin/ programs.

add man pages.
  This adds programs that will generate man pages from --help output
  It is similar to help2man, but specific to the format of output of these
  tools.

  additionally, find-symlinks finds duplicate command names,
  that is then used for man pages and command names to be symlinks
