Bug is present on a Kohjinsha SH6 subnotebook with built-in camera and uvcvideo driver.  Basically, these problems or bugs appear to affect almost all webcams under 8.04.  Cheese was working well in early 8.04 alphas, but more problems occurred closer to final release.

The same bug is present in Hardy Heron (LTS stable release) with my
built-in camera in my acer laptop and uvcvideo driver.
