Bug #1405985 and #1407599: Fail early if xtrabackup_checkkpoints is missing. wsrep_sst_xtrabackup-v2 script causes innobackupex to print a false positive stack trace into the log.

This commit fixes:

a) Failing early if xtrabackup_checkpoints is missing on the joiner side. This is indicative of failed SST/innobackupex on donor.

b) Redirect stderr of innobackupex --help, so as to prevent any issues with any stderr output there.

              fatal signals
Bug #1399175: Incorrect POSIX_SPAWN_SETSIGDEF usage in wsrep_utils.cc

Modified wsp::process() to use fork()/exec() instead of posix_spawn() to
have more control on the child process. More specifically:

- the child process now calls prctl() with appropriate arguments (if
  available) before calling exec() so that the SIGTERM signal is
  received by it in case the parent process (i.e. mysqld) is terminated
  either gracefully or ungracefully.

- the child process also call setsid() to create a new session and a
  process group. This is to simplify killing all spawned processes at
  once for child processes. Instead of keeping track of all processes
  started by an SST script and sending termination signals to the
  individually, an SST script can simply kill the entire process group.

Additionally, an optimization to speed up fork() has been implemented to
reduce page table copying overhead as compared to vfork() /
posix_spawn(). Since the InnoDB buffer pool is the major part of mysqld
RSS in most installations, use madvise(..., MADV_DONTFORK) to exclude
buffer pool from memory available to the child on fork().

This revision also fixes bug #1399175 as a side effect, since all code
related to the posix_spawn*() family of functions is replaced.

Bug#1315588: wsrep-slave-threads is counted towards max_connections.

Prevent wsrep applier/replication threads from being counted towards connection_count, since it is meant for client connections than replication threads. This prevents the issue wherein high value of wsrep-slave-threads would cause max_connections threshold to be hit as "ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too many connections".

The fix has been partially ported from mariadb-5.5 tree where it was fixed as part of MDEV-6206.

Bug#1182441: Fix the conflict between WSREP and XtraDB headers.

This commit fixes the conflict between TRX_SYS_WSREP_XID_INFO and
TRX_SYS_MYSQL_MASTER_LOG_INFO. Earlier, TRX_SYS_MYSQL_MASTER_LOG_INFO
was reusing the co-ordinate position of TRX_SYS_MYSQL_MASTER_LOG_INFO.
This didn't conflict in case of vanilla MySQL. However, this conflicted
in XtraDB since TRX_SYS_MYSQL_MASTER_LOG_INFO is also used in trx_sys
headers for crash resistant replication. This affected PXC only when
PXC node was reused as an async slave to a MySQL master. This fix
moves TRX_SYS_WSREP_XID_INFO to (UNIV_PAGE_SIZE - 3500). This position
shouldn't conflict with others given that total XID size is within 150
bytes.
