they point to different tables in schema within the same database (there is
a good reason).
I assumed when Federated tables are used, FederatedX tables are actually
used.
The data is being migrated from another database, so the Federated table
will, at some point, have no data (during migration).
Your answer "Yes, it is." implies we can use the old Federated tables. If
so, how?
