albumartcache: Limit concurrent lookups to 24

The current AlbumArtCache implementation does not keep track
of the number of concurrent lookups that are being executed.

When dealing with a small number of items this is acceptable,
but once the number of music items grow, this poses a big
problem. In fact, the biggest bottleneck for when Music is
loading is caused by the thousands of lookups finishing almost
at the same time and overloading GTK+ machinery.

Fix that by introducing a limit to the number of concurrent
lookups being executed. When the limit is hit, the lookups
are queued and executed once a new lookup slot is available.

Notice that downloads are not considered lookups, and file
loading is done in parallel to cover fetching.

playlists: rewrite static playlist creation routine

This commit makes the creation of static playlists an asynchronous
chain of operations, so we don't block the UI waiting for all the
back and forth of DBus and Tracker.

playlists: use the async variants of the blocking calls

When loading or updating the static playlists, the entire callchain
uses the synchronous, main context blocking variants of the Tracker
API. This leads to an unresponsive GNOME Music, specially at the
startup.

Fix that by using the async variants of the Tracker API throughout the
static playlists building chain.

artistalbumwidget: avoid changing width on playing

When we start/stop playing a song, the ArtistAlbumWidget change the
songs' grid width because the play icon is hidden and shown. GtkBox
doesn not allocate sizes on hidden widget and, when the play icon
is shown, we change the layout.

Fix that by using the child_visible() variant instead of show() and
hide(), so we always keep the play icon size allocated and avoid
changing the layout.

theme: fix sidelist shadow

The current sidelist shadow appears as a light
shadow over a light gray background. This breaks
the impression of depth that this shadow was designed
for, and makes it look strange on the dark variant
of Adwaita.

Fix that by setting the color to translucid black.

view: Remove "All artists" entry from "Artist" view

view: Remove "All artists" entry from "Artist" view

On (not so) large music collections, having this option present and
selected by default brings in a widget count explosion, making the UI look
slow on scrolling, or operations involving forall() on containers, like
style changes when focusing/unfocusing the window.

Furthermore, grilo operations are not cancelled when selecting another
artist from the list on the left, so items won't be populated until the
"all artists" queries have finished. This means the user still has to
wait for that operation to finish regardless of selecting an specific
artist.

Just avoid this by removing the "All artists" option, even if less neat
looking, the "Albums" view already offers a global view. This involves
significantly less grilo/tracker queries and widgets on the window
happening by default on the "Artists" view.
