Letodms can not be installed in precise because it depends on php-letodms-lucene, which depends on zendframework, which is not available.

For some reason, Ubuntu calls the package zend-framework while Debian calls it zendframework. plugin- oslc both depend on the Debian name. I'm not sure if there is a reason for the name change, but it's definitely incorrect.
