Bug Description

Docs for setting up keystone with swift show:

    delay_auth_decision = true

... but users are reporting that this value fails to be parsed with a ValueError (http://paste.openstack.org/raw/13858/). Instead, this appears to work:

    delay_auth_decision = 1

Although both *should* be supported, the docs should reflect the lowest common denominator of this functionality.
