drm/i915: Finish any pending operations on the framebuffer before disabling

Similar to the case where we are changing from one framebuffer to
another, we need to be sure that there are no pending WAIT_FOR_EVENTs on
the pipe for the current framebuffer before switching. If we disable the
pipe, and then try to execute a WAIT_FOR_EVENT it will block
indefinitely and cause a GPU hang.

Which I guess could make this bug basically a dupe with #982251 if it solves the issue.

The commit noted in comment #4 was applied upstream as of v3.4-rc4 and is already available in the current Quantal 3.4.0-5.11 kernel. Based on the positive test feedback in comment #15, I'm marking the actively developed linux task as Fix Released. If this needs to be considered for SRU for Precise, we should look to get this submitted to upstream stable for the next 3.2.x release. Thanks.
