Bug Description

There is an unnecessary ">" (that renders as >) in this string:

 When the Software Center launches, click <guiseq><gui>Edit&gt;</gui><gui>Software Sources</gui></guiseq>

This is shown in the Help Center as:

 When the Software Center launches, click Edit> ▸ Software Sources

I guess that extra > is a leftover, and the <guiseq> tag already renders a triangle bullet between menu elements to create a breadcrumb. The "&gt;" needs to be removed.
