[FFe] Please upgrade emesene to 2.12.3

Are there any new features in this? If not, it doesn't need release team
review.

The only new feature is in better Facebook support. Other than that it's bugfixes only.

@Scott: Indeed this is a bugfix release rushed up just to be in time
for Precise. (i'd even like to release one more version before Precise
if we're fast enough to get the new fixes in..)

As for improved Facebook support, yes, code changed a lot and gained a
few extra features, but for the sake of bugfixing. Hence i don't think
you need to review this.
