Bug Description

Two different 'bla.db' files are produced on different paths (one while running keystone w/ sql backend in default config, and one for testing); additionally, the naming is not entirely helpful for documentation nor intuitive for new users.

- repo/bla.db
- repo/tests/bla.db

These file name names should be changed to help distinguish between the two.
