Bug Description

The gtk spinbutton in gtk3 uses list-add-symbolic and list-remove-symbolic to draw the symbols.
Attached two new assets

From memory if we're going to do curved versions etc they want to be 2x10 pixels in a 16x16 canvas, with the intent to allow them to be recoloured.

Several other files have been changed in the branch, I'm about to push a small update to humanity, if you have the files/assets that need to be changed I can push the update into the release branch.

I meant in James' branch several other files have been changed. Changes to those other files are not necessary; a clean rev, with only the necessary changes, would be better.

Vish, I manually merged the 2 new symbolic icons into the packaging branch. For some reason trunk isn't an ancestor of the packaging branch. The branches are kind of a mess... I guess I should manually rebase the packaging branch on trunk.
