[FFe] Pasaffe 0.14

Bug Description

I would like to request a FFe for version 0.14 of Pasaffe. The new version adds a Search capability that's been requested, and renders Pasaffe quite easier to use.

Besides the new search, it fixes a couple of minor bugs and updates translations.

I am the upstream author, so I will immediately fix any issues that may get introduced with this version.

A test package is available in my PPA here, and has been tested successfully:
