Candidate revision checkbox_0.13.3

This version contains a new feature (bug 937657), for which a Feature Freeze exception has been approved.

I'm attaching the build log, produced using sbuild and generating packages for precise.

The new features from bug 937657 were tested by running the command-line frontends and ensuring they still work as intended, with the only addition being the presentation of a report at the end of the run.

Here's the install log for the 0.13.3 packages on a Precise system.

Note that I first list the installed packages, showing that the system only had checkbox, checkbox-gtk and checkbox-qt installed.

Then I install all the checkbox .debs, which will upgrade those and add checkbox-cli and checkbox-urwid.

The process went without any problems and checkbox runs fine afterwards.

The diff has changes that are not mentioned in the log that are questionable.
