Draging window with a mousepad needs extra tab for release (locked drags)12.04

i have solved my "bug" myself.

solution, I have installed Gpointing Device Settings and Disabled the
Enable locked drags option.

Still no idea why this was one after a update.

update: after using unity for 2 hours, it came back... :-(

The option was not on when i look inside the Gpointing Device Settings application, but enable it and set it of again works.

I think there is another program that overwrite my settings but I don't know where to search.

Update: after reboot the locked drags are activated again.

really there is nothing in Unity doing this.

Addition:
I did not do anything with any setting, just updated Ubuntu 12.04 and after that the locked drag activated.
AFTER that i was looking in mouse settings, but i can't change this setting there. So i installed Gpointing Device Settings.
There i was enable to set this setting OFF and this works only one session.

So i think there are two problems here,
1. The locked drags are activated after installing updates (and can't be disabled through the Ubuntu gui)
2. settings of Gpointing Device Settings are not saved after reboot (other problem)

I do not know how to change my mouse settings now, it still locked drag (and i do not like that).

But i don' t want locked drags enabled.

... Why? ... This are two separate thing, I want clicks with touchpad and normal drags (like on older Ubuntu versions).

So this is not a bug but a configuration change, and it's not easy to revert the locked drags setting for me / users through the Ubuntu gui ?

(why is there no setting option inside the stock mouse settings of Ubuntu 12.04 to change this behavior so everybody is happy)
