Bug Description

main() in the cli.py script does not execute anymore because cli is apparently missing an entry point

Please note that this patch is not really necessary for production environment, as setup.py creates a quantum script that point to the main function in cli.

This shouldn't have probably been even a bug - no need to revert the commit though - it will go away with the quantum-client-1.1 changes.
