Bug Description

Binary package hint: casper

Due to gnome-orca being changed from python-support to pycentral, enabling magnification from scripts/casper-bottom/30accessibility does not work. /usr/share/python-support/gnome-orca/orca/settings.py needs to be changed to /usr/share/pycentral/gnome-orca/site-packages/orca/settings.py

The fix for this bug, as well as the same fix needed for ubiquity-hooks/30accessibility can be pulled from the below bzr branch:
