Bug Description

Binary package hint: pkgbinarymangler

Feisty's current vlc source package[0] FTBFS on all arches due to debian/control's Maintainer field being set to "MOTU Media Team <email address hidden>", which is not @ubuntu.com or @kubuntu.org.

Line 64 of pkgmaintainermangler should probably be `exit 0' now. There's no reason to kill the build if the package has already had the Maintainer field replaced.
