While attempting to install amd64 version of package on multiarch enabled i386 system the installation failed.

Confirmed on Precise on an amd64 system with libclutter already installed

  * Don't compress README to workaround the gzip bug which leads to different
    checksums between architectures and breaks multiarch installs (lp: #901522)
