Update translations

Hi Sergei,

Since I try to understand the contents of the bug list, can you explain me:

- What has changed and why?
- Why this change has an impact on the language files?
- Can you also explain what you mean by regeneration?

Hi Arthur,

I don't remember. I believe this has something to do with adding Undo/Redo
to the menu, which were added with my undo. However I believe I've used
general GTK defines for that so maybe there is no need for regenerating.

Maybe also I've been thinking that .po files have to be regenerated each
time something change due to some line numbers or something. Don't
remember. This was about a year ago. Sorry.

OK, I know now. See this in .po files:

This stuff is linked with line numbers so after I've applied some patches,
added todo and so on they changed. AFAIR I haven't regenerate .po files so
the translations may be fucked up (but maybe I did - don't remember). So
this is not about Undo/Redo in menu, this is about regenerating .po files
each time you have a new version. At least this is what I've understood
after looking inside the .po files.

You really have to read some documentation on them to find out why they are
coupled tightly with line numbers.

Thanks for the startup information.
I will dive into it.

I will also try to setup automatic importing/exporting translations on Launchpad, so more people can help out on that without developer intervention.

The translation files (.pot and .po) have been updated.
This can be done by the 'make update-po' command from the po folder.

This also needs to be done before the release when the code for this release will not change anymore.
