Putting forward slashes in attachment job names gets in the way of actually downloading them

Bug Description

Since the certification site ends up using the name of an attachment job as the filename, using forward slashes in said name interferes with scripts that download the attachments (for obvious reasons). We need to rename all of the attachment jobs to just the plain filename. Since attachment jobs don't appear in the actual test report this won't mess around with the ordering of the results. We also need to update all relevant whitelists.

I also need to get this change into the Oneiric PPA, as it's important for SRU testing.
