xchat has '...' in two menus that don't need to be there.

Bug Description
in Xchat 2.8.8 on Oneiric there are two menus that have the ellipsis that should be removed because the menu items don't require any kind of user interaction once engaged. Those two menus are:
XChat -> New -> Server Tab...
XChat -> New -> Channel Tab...
They Should look like:
XChat -> New -> Server Tab
XChat -> New -> Channel Tab
