When install Oneiric base image on a machine with UEFI BIOS, utility partition is not hidden, users can still see it from file browser.
Regression potential:
None. This only affects new installs on uEFI systems with dell-recovery from oneiric.
Steps to reproduce:

2) Create dell image using dell-recovery 1.11 in BTO builder mode
3) Boot a machine in uEFI and perform install
4) Log into machine and open nautilus. See that the utility partition is present in the file chooser on the left.
