Bug Description

unity 4.10.2-0ubuntu2

1. maximize a window with menus
2. go to the menubar and click on a menu
3. now close the menu

What happens
window title appears hence window controls and menus hide

What should happen
window title should not appear unless the cursor leaves the menubar

This looks like a distraction to my eyes as it feels something is wrong.

Omer: can you record a video with:

  recordmydesktop -x 0 -y 0 --width 400 --height 100

This might be related to bug #838145 that I filed yesterday.
