Bug Description

Binary package hint: opensc

opensc 0.11.1 contains a crucial regression that can be fixed by this simple patch:

http://www.opensc-project.org/opensc/changeset/3010

Without it one of the biggest eID rollouts is not usable with Ubuntu.

Nice response time :) Is there any chance that some other relevant but hard-to-get-to-upstream patches (as they are workarounds for specific problems 'normal' opensc users don't ecounter) might be included in future ?

If you as a "opensc dev/Estonian eID maintainer" says that additional patches are necessary they can possibly get included if they don't break opensc for normal users. I'll have to trust your judgement there.
