Bug Description

This occurs at startup. I have Xfce set as my default session.

Not sure if this is related, but just before this crash (on every login), the expected Xfce desktop (with Trash icon) is covered - that's the best description - by a wallpaper, or empty but opaque backround, obscuring the Trash icon and increasing the size of any other desktop icons to 48x48.

I'm getting this error, I am using Unity not Xfce.

This should be fixed in the latest g-s-d (3.1.90 or 3.1.91), so can you please make sure you are up to date and see if it still happens with the latest packages installed?
