Please sync blueman 1.22~bzr707-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Xubuntu is considering switch to blueman for bluetooth support. New version fixes almost all RC bugs in Debian and is about to be uploaded to unstable (staged on mentors.

From the description, that sounds acceptable, but I see no build logs, diffs, etc. Has it had any testing?
I note this package still uses pycentral, which we've kicked out of the CDs in favor of dh_python2
